Are all packages at reduced prices?
Reduced prices are applicable to new individual bookings of select packages made between May 12 and June 28, 2026, for select departure dates between September 1, 2026, and April 30, 2027, while availabilities last. The announced “duo” discount applies to two (2) adults, and the “family” discount applies to two (2) adults and two (2) children aged 2 and over. These offers apply to the VIK Hotel Arena Blanca in Punta Cana for departures from Montreal on October 26, 2026, and apply to the Barcelo Bavaro Palace in Punta Cana for departures from Toronto on November 10, 2026. Discounts may vary by destination, resort and departure date. The discount is calculated before taxes and is reflected in system pricing. What are the eligibility requirements?
The deposit is reduced to $100 per person and is valid exclusively on select new individual package bookings. Final payment is due 45 days before departure.
*Future travel credit³
What are the eligibility requirements?
When you book an eligible package within the “Early bird sale”, you will receive a non-transferable future travel credit of $50 per passenger (adult and child) with your e-documents. To receive a future travel credit, the trip must have taken place with a departure no later than April 30, 2027. In the case of a booking cancellation, no future travel credit will be issued.
When can I use my future travel credit?
The credit for future travel can only be applied to a trip once the initial trip has been completed and is applicable to the purchase of any Transat product: packages, à la carte hotels, tours, or flights, and must be used for a departure no later than February 25, 2028. Blackout period: outbound or return flights between December 17, 2027, and January 5, 2028, are not eligible. Not applicable to ancillary products, in-flight services (SSR), or flights purchased directly on airtransat.com. There are no restrictions on the length of the stay booked using the travel credit.
How do I use my credit?
Contact your travel agent to apply it to your booking.
Is the future travel credit transferable or redeemable for cash?
No. The credit will be issued in the passenger’s name and can only be applied to a booking under that name. The credit has no cash value, and the validity of the future travel credit cannot be extended.
Can the future travel credit be applied to a new file be refunded if the trip is cancelled?
No refund is possible.
Can the future travel credit be reissued if lost?
Yes. Once Transat’s Accounting Department verifies its validity, the credit can be reissued.
*Option Flex Standard4
Transat is launching a summer promotion offering the Standard Flex Option free of charge, a value of $99, on a selection of South packages. From June 16 to August 31, 2026, travellers who make a new individual booking for a South package departing during the same period can take advantage of this complimentary protection. It allows them to either cancel and receive a travel credit, modify their dates, destination or hotel up to 72 hours before departure, or transfer their package to a loved one up to 30 days before departure. This offer applies to new individual bookings only and excludes groups.

What does flexibility include?
When purchasing Option Flex Standard (at regular or discounted price) or Option Flex Extra, you can use Option Flex based on your needs. You can either use the travel protection to be able to cancel, modify or transfer your package, or request a price drop guarantee on your package. These two uses are not cumulative: only one category of Option Flex use may be chosen per booking. This exclusive flexibility is offered only during the “Early bird sale”.
What if I have already used my Option Flex to obtain a price drop guarantee on my package and then wish to cancel, modify or transfer my package?
You may purchase Option Flex again at the current price. You may repurchase by informing your travel agent, who will take care of requesting the price drop on your behalf. If the price drop is approved and the booking is fully paid, the amount paid to repurchase Option Flex Standard or Extra will be deducted from the refund issued under the price drop guarantee. If the booking is not fully paid, payment for the new Option Flex will be required as soon as the price drop guarantee has been processed on the booking. If the price drop request is denied, repurchasing Option Flex will not be necessary, as it will remain available on your booking.
What are the eligibility requirements?
The price drop guarantee is valid up to 60 days before departure, exclusively on new individual package bookings. The price drop guarantee is valid only when the departure city, travel dates, destination, room category and flights (including travel class) are the same as those in the initial booking. Price and availability must be valid at time of price adjustment. The offer applies only to the same package available on transat.com. Does not apply to deals of the day, promo room and promotional room upgrades.
Does the price drop guarantee apply to bookings with multiple rooms?
The price drop guarantee applies to passengers in the same room only. For a file with multiple rooms, the price drop guarantee request must be made for each room. All passengers in the same room must take advantage of the price drop guarantee simultaneously. If rooms are booked as part of a group file, the price drop guarantee does not apply.
How much can I save with the price drop guarantee?
Should a package become available at a lower price, you may receive a refund of up to $200 per passenger (adult and child), and without any administrative fees.
What is the procedure for price adjustment requests?
The price drop guarantee must be requested at least 60 days prior to departure by contacting your travel agent at the time the price drop is observed. Verifications must be made before it is granted. The fare and room must be available at the time the adjustment is made. Availability and/or pricing may have changed between the time the request is made and the adjustment is processed. Once the request has been reviewed and approved, the original booking price will be adjusted. If the claim is made before final payment, the final payment will be required 45 days prior to departure. If the booking has already been paid in full, the price difference will be refunded. Please allow 48 business hours for a return on the application.
Can requests for price adjustments be made more than once before departure?
No, the price drop guarantee may only be applied once per room. Once used, you can no longer use Option Flex to cancel, modify or transfer your package.
Are the modification, cancellation and transfer conditions the same for Option Flex Standard and Extra when a price drop guarantee is included, compared to purchase at the regular price?
Yes. The conditions are identical to those of the regular offer, provided that the price drop guarantee has not been used.

Passengers and/or their travel agents are responsible for ensuring that all provided information (name, date of birth) exactly matches the passport and that all entry requirements for France are met. 5Continents cannot be held responsible in cases of denied boarding or refusal of entry.
