Children under 4 stay free at our family resorts. Children ages 4 to 11 receive 50% off the adult price at selected family resorts. Children ages 12 to 15 receive 20% off the adult price at selected family resorts. Children’s airfare must be paid by the client when flights are booked through Club Med. 5Continents acts as a reseller of tickets for Céline Dion concerts and is subject to the terms and conditions of the official event promoter. As such, 5Continents cannot be held responsible for the holding, organization, or execution of the concert. Its responsibility is strictly limited to the provision of tickets in the purchased category. Seating is not guaranteed to be together. Promoter terms apply and may be modified without notice.

→ Refund and Exchange Policy (Tickets)
No refunds or exchanges are permitted, except in the event of an official cancellation of the concert. In the case of cancellation, refunds may be issued in accordance with the promoter’s conditions. In the event of a postponement, tickets will remain valid for the new date.

→ Land and Air Services
All other components of the package, including but not limited to flights, transfers, accommodations, and excursions (e.g., Hop-on Hop-off), are 100% non-refundable under all circumstances.

→ Concert Liability
 5Continents provides no guarantee regarding the occurrence of the concert and disclaims all responsibility in the event of cancellation or modification. Travelers acknowledge that, due to the artist’s health condition, the risk of cancellation or postponement may be higher than usual and accept this possibility.

→ Air Transportation – Specific Conditions
Air Canada tickets are issued as part of group blocks and are subject to restrictive conditions. Seat selection is assigned automatically by the airline and cannot be modified prior to online check-in. Aeroplan point accumulation is not guaranteed. The use of eUpgrades is not permitted. Advance selection of specific seats is not available. A block of seats is reserved for the group to keep passengers within the same section; however, travelers booked together may be assigned non-adjacent seats.

→ Name Changes

Passengers and/or their travel agents are responsible for ensuring that all provided information (name, date of birth) exactly matches the passport and that all entry requirements for France are met. 5Continents cannot be held responsible in cases of denied boarding or refusal of entry.
